Basketball season

Carter has been playing basketball. David is his coach and of course, the team is red and called Wolfpack. Who would've guessed?!? I'm not very good at taking sports photos, but here's some shots. Carter is #5 and to sum it up, one of my students came up to me at school the day after his team played ours and he said "Mrs. Pollock, Carter got GAME!!!"

Crop 'till you drop!

This is late, but here's a group shot of some of my scrapbooking buddies during our annual January beach trip! We always have so much fun and I'm already looking forward to the next one!

The Greatest Show on Earth...

We took the boys to the circus on Sunday. It has changed alot since I was a kid. I like that they did away with the 3 ring circus because you could never decide where to look! Now, there's only 1 thing going on at a time. We had great seats and were able to see everything. The boys weren't sure what to expect, but they loved it! Their favorite parts were the elephants and the motorcycles. Of course, Cooper loved the superhero act that the clowns put on...one was even dressed up as Batman!

Ladies and gentlemen, children of all ages....

*S*N*O*W* "DAZE"

At this point, that's what I feel like I'm in...a daze! The snow coming down is gorgeous and who doesn't love a lazy day to hang out in your pj's every now and then!?! But, after about a day or so, I'm done with the snow. And to think there could be more coming this week....ugh! I guess that's why we live in a climate where it's not like this all of the time. At least, I was finally able to build a snowman! To my recollection, this is the first snowman that I've ever built! It's hard work! David was a huge help and the boys were for about a minute. I'm so proud...he looks so cute!
