Thirty-one!

Hello, friends and family! Please read all the way through this message so you can get all of the details....thank you so much for your time and support!

I just wanted to share my good news: I am the newest consultant for a company called Thirty-One! In case you haven't heard about it, it is a Christian program based on Proverbs 31 that sells things that women love....bags & such in beautiful fabrics and colors that can also be monogrammed. The point is to reward women for all of the virtuous tasks that we do!

For years, I have racked my brain over what I could do in order to stay at home with our boys while still providing some income to help support our family. I've tried several different things without satisfaction. This company just sort of fell into my lap and after prayerful consideration, I feel like this is what God is leading me to do for now. I am so excited about the opportunity to have a career that will allow me to be flexible, have some sort of income, and share my faith with others!

I am looking forward to sharing this with all of you! I know that you will love the products as much as I do. I will be hosting my first show on Saturday, August 8th. Time & place is to be announced. I pray that you all will come and support me in this! Please bring a friend or family member to help me spread the word about this wonderful company! I certainly understand financial hardships at this time, but please don't let that stop you from coming. I promise that it will not hurt my feelings if you don't purchase anything. Of course, I want to sell, but more than that, I want to get my name out there and give you the chance to see these awesome products in person! So, come to eat & fellowship!

I pray that some of you will also consider helping me begin my business by hosting your own show and earning your own FREE stuff! It can be a home party, catalog show, or you can even collect orders on-line! It's very simple! Trust me, once you take a look at the website below, you'll see that these products will sell themselves, not to mention the Christian aspect of it!

In the meantime, you can check out the products at www.mythirtyone.com/reneepollock. If you can't attend my party, you can order on-line directly through my website at any time!

We have a regular line, a kids line, and a teen line. They each have some of the same products, but in different fabrics and colors. If you see something that you just have to have right now, you need to go ahead and order it because the colors & patterns that you will see now are only available through July 31st. Starting August 1st, the new fall products will be revealed.

One of my favorites is the insulated lunch tote, which is only $12.50! This would make a perfect lunch box for back to school or for a working woman! There's also backpacks. So, I hope you'll remember me for your back to school needs!

Thank you so much for reading this incredibly long message and I look forward to hearing from you in the near future!

Chuck E. Cheese

Every summer, we meet some of our best friends from Shelby, The Webbers, at Chuck E. Cheese in Concord. It's a halfway point for each of us and a great one at that! The kids have a fantastic time and Kelli and I get a chance to catch up. Today, my little buckaroo decided that he wanted to wear his cowboy boots in the middle of summer and with shorts. Oh, well!

A rare date night...

Build-a-Bear

We went to Kelsey's birthday party Friday night at the Build-a-Bear workshop. I've never taken the boys there because I really thought it was more for girls. While that may be somewhat true, my boys had an awesome time! Cooper chose a puppy and Carter chose a bear. They each got Wolfpack shirts for them among other things. They were even more excited when they found out you could play on-line...here goes our new addiction! Here's a sampling of the fun that was had:

Myrtle Beach Days

We had yet another relaxing week with our family at the beach. It would've been great except for the fact that I ended up with a head cold for the last few days. We did our usual activities of playing in the hot tub, lazy river, shopping and eating. Grandmommy & DD took the kids to the aquarium, but other than that, it was a very mellow trip. We didn't even play putt-putt or go to Nascar. However, David & I did take the boys down to the strip to walk around and play in the arcade. That was fun and I have a feeling that will be added to our list of things to do each time. It was incredibly HOT so we spent most of our time at the pool instead of on the beach. The kids (& some of us adults!) decided that we didn't much care for the sand this time...it's alot easier to play in the pool. Plus, the kids enjoyed practicing their swimming skills, which are actually quite good now! Here's some of my favorite photos from our vacation:
